Cleci“The area was lovely and overall the apartment was great and had everything we needed . When we arrived we had a slight issue with one of the radiators spitting some water out of the valve but this was out of control of the host, it was the cause by the building testing the heating system unexpectedly, we rang the helpline immediately and within 15 mins there was someone over to look at it and then again the host came later in the evening to check if we were ok so this was great service. There was a welcome pack with some snacks , water and information about Boston as a whole and the local area , bars restaurants shops ect..and plenty of towels.”
