Wayne“LOCATION, LOCATION! Rooms are of a decent size and clean. The heated pool is a nice feature. Overall, it was a pleasant stay, a very quiet community at night and the guests seem to be long-timers who come here year after year - all very nice people! That made a big difference as it creates a family feel around the property. Most importantly, Debbie is an excellent host and a great care-taker - she sincerely cares about everyone of her guests and always helps with any issues, requests or out of the goodness of her heart.”

John“The best thing about this hotel is the location, it is just a block from the beach. I had a room on the ground floor, right by the pool, the room was spacious and clean. It had a kitchen with all the essentials, a large closet area and the water pressure in the bathroom was great. The bed was also very comfortable.”

Based on the price, I did not have high expectations. The room was spacious, cute, and sparkling clean. I mean sparkling clean. I took the time to look everywhere, and it was perfect. The building is not in front of the beach but is just a 2-3 minutes walk. My description of Ocean Villa is cozy, quiet, friendly, and courteous. I will stay again and recommend it to anyone.”
