It was perfect for us as we were out of the hustle and bustle of Times Square yet near enough to Lexington, 5th Avenue and Madison and Broadway and 34th to enjoy many different walking routes in and out of the city. Our Concierge Team of Mina and Lori-ann were STELLAR. Great suggestions for food, spa and shopping destinations. Consistently friendly, courteous and helpful for the whole stay. We were sure to commend them for their service! We’ve traveled to several countries and the hotels concierge support has never exceeded the level of professionalism, diligence and thoughtfulness of these two individuals. Booking,com denied me the price match though reservation was made within 10 minutes before finding a better price. They offered free breakfast for two or a drink. I went with the drink. the bartender was friendly, drinks were good.”
